Well, the worst part about any 341 creditors meeting is the blood draw for the DNA test. Trustees aren't the best at finding a vein on the first poke and sometimes they have to dig around with that big old horse needle they use. I've seen some people faint, others scream, grown men cry.

On the whole though there's nothing to them. You shouldn't be nervous at all.

Me personally...I can do without the rust on the needle, I hate tetnus shots.

The 341 is a cake walk, no bright lights or lie detectors. There are lots of posts on what to expect.

Your lawyer should have insisted upon a clean needle. Rule 1976(r)(3)(A)(14) specifically says that the trustee is required to use a new needle every time.

Kidding aside, it seems Jamesd1967 has quit posting. Don't suppose he is taking this bs seriously, is he?

he might be thinking we are making fun of him which adds to his stress. i'm sure msbklawyer meant well, but sometimes humor doesn't go over so well with people we don't know.

in any event, james: the 341 is simply nothing to worry about. that's why we are joking around about it. everybody is scared before and wonders why they were scared after.
