Ok, sorry for these endless questions, but please realize that this is not something that I do on a routine basis. Since I have quite clearly stated that I intend to relocate to Florida from Alabama with 24-hours after my 341 hearing. Is there any chance that I may have to appear in front of the bankruptcy trustee a second time..?? From my understanding, there is no time frame of when I can move out of the state. Actually, I was informed that I could move literally the SAME day as my 341.

Guess it all depends on if your first 341 gets continued, or if there is a objection filed....

Anything is possible if the trustee sees some red flags in your case. Make sure every bank statement, paystub and tax form is in the hands of the trustee before your 341. Be ready to answer for any large withdrawals.

will it look extremely suspisious if I DO NOT have a bank account at this time. I have been keeping cash in a safe in the apartment and paying bills via money order.
