    pacer posting

I know there were a lot of cases that were heard on Dec. 20th including mine. How long does it usually take for the results of your 341 to post? I knew it probably wouldn't post the next day or anything but when should I become concerned? I do have a redemption/relief of stay meeting on January 10, 2006 could that be the reason they haven't posted any info?

It depends on the district. Some post within 24 hours, some take a few weeks.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

I checked again today and it is listed as a no asset/no distribution and now I am just awaiting discharge on 2/18/06. And someone told me I didn't need to file bk, shame on them.

That is something NO one can answer, without some legal background and knowing alot about your income, expenses, and debts. Of course, in the end you are the one that must weigh everything and be satisfied with your decision. If you ARE, then it doesn't matter what everyone else thinks.

As you get older you will worry less about what other people think and say....... (they don't walk in your shoes from day to day)
Do what you have to do for you to survive..... (especially if you have a family)
If bankruptcy is your last option - then so be it...... (a lot of the creditors have put us in that position also)
Sometimes there are no other options....... (no one likes to admit defeat or failure - but it happens to the best of us)

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
