    Asset Case Question?

What if no creditor's make a claim against any cash or other assets.....Are the assets returned to the debtor minus any court/admin/trustee fees?

Yes, you'll get some, if not all, of it back. But don't spend it yet, your creditors or someone on their behalf will file a claim. Go to Pacer a few days after the notice goes out and look in the claims register, it will fill up quickly.

Yeah don't make the mistake I did. DSPii directed me in the right location and I quickly realize that most of them will file a claim.

It's very very rare that at least some of your creditor won't file claims. Most will file a claim, and then the payout is decided based on each claimant's overall percentage of your unsecured debt.
