    CASE CLOSED! whoo hooo

    Checked pacer just a minute ago and I was shocked to see an entry. We were ordered discharged on 12/26 and on 12/27 is says: Bankruptcy Case Closed (Admin.)

    WHOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!!!! FINALLY!!!!! THIS IS SUCH A GREAT FEELING!!!

    Now I can finally start doing right financially and be able to prove myself once again!
    My BK Status:
    9/19 Chapter 7 petition on file w/ BK court
    10/19 341 Hearing (OVER WITH!!! WHOO HOOO)
    12/19 Deadline for Objections (Scheduled)

    12/26 ORDERED DISHCHARGED!!!!!
    12/27 Bankruptcy Case Closed (Admin.):clapping: :yahoo:

    Congrats!!! Kind of gives a new meaning to the phrase "Happy New Year", doesn't it?
    Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's.             CONGRATS .... mine posted on pacer within 24 hours of deadline for objections too. It's a wonderful feeling isn't it!!

              It has to be a great feeling to know it's ALL OVER BUT STARTING OVER - "FRESH".......

              Remember this feeling, and live each day like its the last one you may have .......we are guaranteed "no tomorrows"...

              Now on to credit rebuilding amd starting the New Year debt free and reorganizing our finances...
