    Marital income

I'm planning to file married filing single, hopefully for a ch7,how does one figure out the amount that doesn't go toward housing expenses? What can be included? My wife pays three CC's in that are in her name only(380 month),and a vehicle (480month).Does that mean I can only subtract those amounts from her gross income? Can I deduct her FICA and Fed Withholding as well from her paycheck under the marital income?

Does my tax refund have to be included in the six month look back?I'm in Tx.

TX is a community property state. If you file alone, creditors can pursue your wife for your debts.
Get mortgage modified: DONE! 7 months of back interest payments amortized, payment reduced over $200/mo
(In the 'planning' stage, to file ch. 13 if/when we have to.)

You need to talk to an attorney. Community state doesn't mean your debt moves to you spouse. Get the facts from a real attorney in your area.
