When does clock start on 60 day club

I understand the 60 days starts after the 341 meeting, but is it 60 days consecutively or is it only 60 business days? In other words do the weekend days and holidays count during this 60 day post 341 meeting while awaiting discharge?

Shortly after you file you should get a "Form 9A", "Notice of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case, Meeting of Creditors, & Deadlines". This will provide you the date of the 341 meeting and the deadline to file a complaint (60 days). It is shortly after that deadline that the case should be discharged.

Shouldn't matter, the code reads 60 days from the FIRST SCHEDULED date of the 341 meeting.

it's 60 calendar days. but if your 60th day falls under sat or sun, then it's the next business day monday (if monday is not a holiday). It should be on your 341 notice...the last day to object is the 60th day

Our 341 was continued for 3 weeks later because of a blizzard. The federal building was open, but we couldn't get there because of the weather. The 60 days remained the same, from the first scheduled 341 not the new date.
