      P.S. Trustee didn't ask about my 2009 tax returns either (he had 3 years previous copies).

      May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
      May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
      9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!

          Stopped Paying CC's 2/2009. Retained Attorney 1/10/2010 Filed 1/23/2010. Discharged 5/19/10 $187K CC, $240K 2nd,$417K 1st, No asset Ch-7

            Speier, cool but a stickler..paper have to be in order or else he will reschedule the 341. I pretty much know who is the bk mill lawyer since they are representing client from left to right, there was a young hot female lawyer that caught my eye (reprimanded by wife) she was basically dressed up to gain attention and trying to challenge Mr Speier of missing docs but charm did not work and her client was rescheduled.

              Yeah, looks like I had the same Trustee. He's cool, but VERY serious and *if* your paperwork isn't in order...watch out! I don't see a "cute young thing" turning his head either...maybe this works for her with the other Trustees...haha!

                  That sound easy enough. Congratulations.

                  My firm told me they have a trustee (former?) 'audit' their petitions before they submit. Sounds good to me.
