What happens in the 60 days after 341?

So if the 341 goes well and no creditors show up then what? Can the creditors come in during the 60 days and cause problems or can the trustee change their minds?

How will I know if the BK is discharged, does someone send me a letter?

60 days from the 341 is the time if any of your creditors can file an adversary proceeding. Meaning they are objecting to the discharge of a CERTAIN DEBT. Perfect example if 3 month before filing you bought a rolex using your Visa card. They can object to that. The US Trustee however, can file a motion the 707 (b) and (c) before the 60 days. Meaning the trustee is not convinced that you should be granted a discharge. But before trustee files a motion, they will put your attorney on alert or will request explaination first, if you files Pro Se, the trustee will contact you directly. If you haven't heard anything after the 341 for 60 days, it's a good thing. Also you'll have an idea if the Trustee is after you on your 341 meeting.
This Forum is better than any lawyer I met.
