    Post 341Meeting- Creditors Contesting?

I was just curious as to how often creditors contest during the 60 day period post 341 meeting? I met with the Trustee and they said that they had "no further questions" but my attorney told me that the creditors can contest how I am filing or contest the granting of ch.7. I am concerned because I am filing as "Primarly business debt" (which is true) but I could do without the Creditors dragging this on.

Do Creditors contest or drag cases out often? Or is it more like once the Trustee states that they are satisfied you are pretty much good to go?

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Unless you really have something fishy, I don't think you have any worries.

I'm almost to the end of my 60 days. April 4 can't come soon enough! The waiting is a little stressful, but I"m assuming it's a bit like the 341. I'm worrying needlessly.
