    Notice filed on PACER

Does anyone know what this means. I saw it on PACER today and it was filed on January 3rd.

"Creditor Notice OF REQUEST FOR NOTICE or CHANGE OF ADDRESS"

(Checked) Request for notice under rule 2002(g)
(Checked) Change of address of scheduled "A" Creditor.

I think I'm understanding that the creditor wants a change of address? Not quite sure what notice under rule 2002(g) means!!

Also, the document was received by the clerk (according to the stamp on it) on October 27th but was posted on PACER on January 3rd. Does this mean that there might be other documents that are not posted on the PACER yet and will get posted eventually?? I'm mainly concerned about creditor objections that might have been received by the clerk but are not posted yet.
My last day for objections is January 13th.

    Thanks

The request for Notice - is the creditor wants to be notified about everything pertaining to your bankruptcy.... anytime anything is filed, etc. At least that is what I was told by my attorney.
The address thing - I'm not certain of unless their requesting a current address for you for notice if your address changes in the future for the court to let them know.

Sounds like Pacer in your area is terrible behind in their postings.....

Hopefully there will be nothing else for you to worry about.... most cases go rather smoothly....

    Good Luck,

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
