Tomorrow I am going with my consultation with my lawyer. A year in waiting! I am horrified also 
I started leasing my car since dec 2008. I am just under half way through the lease now and have 19 more months to go. I am current on all my payments also.
I am expecting a pay drop (less hours and potentially worse no job at all) in the future and do not even make enough now to cover my car payments. So I am hoping I can just turn the car over and reject the lease when I file. I live with my parents and pay them rent and can use there car in the mean time until I figure out what is all happening with my job.
Is it just as easy like that to say you want to reject the lease? How fast would they come get the car if that is the case?
