Will Chase freeze my checking acct?

I have a corporate checking account that I make deposits for my clients and then make out checks on their behalf. I am not filing BK on my small corporation, but need to know if Chase will freeze that account as well as my personal account.

I owe several accounts to Chase as well as mortgage so I am sure they will try and do something to my checking accounts.

When they freeze the accounts, how long do they freeze it for?

I plan to file between April 1st and 15th...cant wait.

If the acct is under a seperate fed'l ID number then they really can't freeze the acct. It is not technically owned by you but by the entity that has opened the acct. Corp should have its own FIN.

Now if the acct is under your soc sec number, then that is a different matter.

The account is under a separate FIN. I hope they respect that.

How long do they freeze the accounts and what happens to the checks that come in in the meantime?
