stocks and cd's

Planning on filing Chapter 7 in about 3 months. Owe 60,000 in cc debt and various other loans. My question is that I cashed out all my cd's and stocks about 4 months . How far back time wise will the trustee look at such things.

I don't know anything about cds...however, we cashed some stock in January just to get by. The attorney says that the stock sale will not be considered because we took a loss on it and if we had a gain, only that amount would be considered.
