I filed in february and am near my discharge, well I have a house with the first loan through wells fargo and a second home equity line of credit with bank of america. I have a co-signer on the loans and am wondering when both loans are discharged, is the co-signer still responsible for the loans? he did not file.

Yes, this is one of the risks of co-signing.
