Post 341 vehicle sale...

Thanks for all the help so far, I have a question about post 341 sale of car. My 341 was a few weeks ago and trustee declared no asset case. I have a couple of high mileage older vehicles not worth alot. I was thinking of selling one to help pay rent and some utility bills. My concern is being in the sixty day club would it be a bad idea now or should I wait until official discharge? Thanks again...

Wait it out.....Certainly not anything to risk dismissal for. You're almost there, wait just a little longer!

Until the property is officially "abandoned" by the Trustee, it is part of the BK estate. Wait until you at least receive notification from the panel trustee that they have abandoned any interest in your property. And, as the above poster states, it is better to wait until discharge.
