    Bank Statements??

What is the trustee looking for on 6 months of bank statements?

What should I be concerned about on my bank statements?

I don't think I have anything that should affect me filing, but just wondering what the trustee looks at.

I think it's primarily to verify your income.
They check for large deposits, etc...
Also they may check for large withdrawals that are out of the ordinary.

Does it matter how many transactions go through my account each month if they are small transactions, most under $50?

I have a lot of little transactions due to using a debit card for mostly everything I purchase, but nothing as far as large sums of money at one time. Will that be a problem?

My atty told us we would only need 3 months of bank statements. Does the trustee ask for 6 months worth?

My atty told me 6 months of bank statements and 6 months of pay stubs.

His assistant told me 3 months of bank statements, but I talked to him after her.

I'd get 12 months of them - and before you file, since after you file, the bank may cut off online access (like they did for me!)
