Well I need to know if it will be okay if i get a letter from my employer stating my salary as I don't keep any paystubs. When I filed the clerk said that I have 15 days.

the new laws are tricky and you case can be dismissed if you dont get the information they need. i would call the court clerk and ask.
in the meantime i would get the letter from an officer or HR manager of the company stating your past current income totals.Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

I didn't have any paystubs either, so I walked into human resources and told them I need 60 days worth of my pay stubs from my filing date. They had no problem with that and printed them out on paper for me. I would try that.Comment
