My wife is going to reaffirm on our pickup. Cap 1 finally got the paperwork to the court, and we were notified that there would be a hearing on June 9. Our final day for objection to discharge is June 4. Maybe I am understanding this wrong, but June 4th this should be over for us as that is the 60th day correct? Can you reaffirm on a secured debt after the 60th day or is something else going on that we are not aware of yet?

As long as the reaf was signed and submitted before the discharge date it will go into affect, unless the court denies it, or you rescind. -
Thanks...we're on the downhill slide right now (24 days) and I'm just nervous because I thought we would run into some issues and all has been almost too quiet (knock on wood!)Comment
