How do I amend Voluntary Petition

Checked primarily consumer debts, and should have checked primarily business debts. No Colorado local form that I can find. Anyone know how to do this?

Contact the court clerk to confirm, but it should be just filing a new version of that form and marking it as 'amended'.

Get mortgage modified: DONE! 7 months of back interest payments amortized, payment reduced over $200/mo
(In the 'planning' stage, to file ch. 13 if/when we have to.)

Yep....I had to amend one of my schedules and that's exactly what I did...they had no problem with it.
