    Thursday I signed all the petition paperwork with my attorney...He said he'll be filing it at the same time as another client this week.

    I'm nervous.

    90k unsecured debt
    85k medical bills
    ...

    on unemployment...

      Looks like it can only get better for you. You may still be unemployed but you'll be rid of the debt load and the stress that goes with it.
