Just paid the Retainer!
so Chapter 7 it is. gonna have to wait till august 1st to file as i bought something on a CC before i knew i would file.

cant wait, this went so much faster and easier than expected.

gonna discharge about 40k in in CC debt, and gonna surrender 1 of my cars.

it is going to feel so great!

i have gone online and stopped my autopay features for all my CC debt.

most have already come out this month and wont be due again till the middle/late of june.

so i will have to put up with maybe a 3-4 weeks of calls from them.

now to know if i should stall them or if is should forward them to my lawyer. but i have not filed yet.

but atleast we will be able to get service done on the car we are going to be keeping.
