Nope - If they had not taken the money as of the date you filed your petition, they can not take it thereafter. They evidently elected to close your account, but had no choice but to send your money back to you, as taking it post-petition could subject them to hefty penalties. You will want to make sure that you/your lawyer scheduled the money as an asset (particularly if it is substantial).
