I am going to apply bankruptcy soon. Unfortunately my car recently just having huge problems. I am thinking of getting one. I am thinking of financing one. Can I do this? How soon can I file for bankruptcy if I finance a car?

Just need your advice.

We bought a car in September and filed in March. We had no idea we were going to file, didn't even know it was an option until February.

I've seen people buy a car right before filing because you won't be able to get a decent loan after. You really do need a reliable set of wheels through this process, just make sure the payment is low and I doubt the trustee will blink an eye at it.
