A creditor has the right to file an adverserial proceeding to challenege the discharge of a particular debt.
These are pretty rare. -
It's a payday loan and the language of the loan contracts worries me. The loan is over 6 months old but you have to keep "renewing" it. I admented my B/R to include it, I am not too worry about it. Just wondering if they might come back and try to protest it. ThanksComment
