I'm starting the bk process, I have an attorney, he has asked me to go to an office supply store and purchase chapter 7 forms. Does anyone these forms on word or pdf? Any suggestions.

I agree. Your attorney should have the forms, and know which ones you need. This is part of what you are paying for!
