I have a few questions regarding the means test: Do I include any personal loans I have in the means test? What does it mean if something is allowable? Like $526 for living expenses? What if my expenses are less than that? Do I still put $526?

For the means test, you still put $526. On schedule J you'll put your actual expenses.
