59 days post 341 -- US Trustee question

    Specifics:
Report of no distribution 4-30-10, panel trustee signed off
    April 5 341 meeting
June 4 will be 60 days post 341

My question. Lets say I receive no objections after 60 days, can the US Trustee object to anything after my 60 days are up? I am thinking the answer is no and since I am no asset my case should close fairly quickly.

Nope. unless they can prove fraud. UST tried to extend my case on day 59 but dropped it after speaking to my attorney, but day 59 was a friday, and i crapped my pants all weekend wondering.

Does the UST typically wait until the last second on most cases to try and dismiss? I keep reading here that its in the 50-59 day range that most people has the UST motion to dismiss or extend..

I think it's random based on caseload for the district you are filing in. if you have hired a good attorney, he should very well know what to expect from the UST based on your filing. i went in expecting it............not on day 59, but expecting it. i had paid a little extra for a very good attorney who i was told had a good reputation with the UST.........and it seemed to have worked,
