i dont know myself. i can only tell you that if the court needs it then under the new laws your case will be autotically dismissed and you will lose your money already paid. they are not message around any more.
personally i think i thurts the little guy and see no reason to cut them some slack.Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

well since the laws changed anyone that filed under the new laws have to adhere to stricter guidlines about what to get to the court and when and what will happen if you dont get it done.
the money im talking about if your filing fees. if the court doesnt get what you want by the time it needs it then you will be dismissed and you wil lose your filing fees.Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!
