    i would l ike to hear from someone that has an actual agreement that state this. it is illegal to revive the old debt. is has been discharged by the court. you in no way can no longer be liable for it and its repayment.

    i keep hearing that they charge you an initial account opening fee equal to that amount. can you imagine a fee of $13,425 being charged?

    they would have to state that up front. it couldnt be in small terms anywhere on the back of the application. until i get one and see it for myself i will not believe it.
