Ok, so I have exactly 2 weeks till last day for objections. I am planning to keep the house and my car. Got the reaffirmation agreement from WF for the house, sent it back to the lawyer. Nothing is showing up on PACER. I asked my attorney about it, and secretary said they sent the paperwork back to WF on 26th of last month. Aren't they supposed to file it with the court?
Second thing is about the car. I have been making regular payments and heard nothing from CU I have my loan with. Attorney says it's their job to provide reaffirmation agreement. Do I just let it ride and do nothing about it? I was hopeful that car and house will help me rebuild my credit quicker. Attorney is not very client friendly, that is why I am asking these questions here. I hate to ask him or his para legal from hell anything, because they act like you are bothering them and don't really address your concerns. Can't wait for all of this to be over with.
