it said, the debtor is granted to a discharge under sec. 727....now, what happens whith the SUV? proof of claims deadline is 2/27...will I have to give it up still, if I'm on the discharge route?

Refresh us on the SUV issue..... Is that where your folks have a lien on the title???

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

Yes, mom's name went on the title in October of 2004. My case went in as "no asset" but the trustee changed it to "asset. I've heard nothing in regards to what's going to happen with it.

the discharge relieves you of the unsecured debts.

the suv issue is still up in the air until you see a closed status. contact your attorney or the trustee.
