I filed CH7 4/15/10 and listed my intention to reaffirm my vehicle. I am under median income by $150 so no means test. After reading many threads on this forum I have decided to not reaffirm. Will this affect my Disposable Monthly Income and possibly have trustee convert me to a CH13? My car payment is $445 plus whatever expense they allow for gas and insurance.
