does anyone have any experience with Nationstar mortgage when using the retain/continue to pay option when trying to keep your home? or with GMAC on the second? getting nervous....Nationstar filed some 'service of notice' with a law group on Pacer today...is that typical? FYI....we are current on payment & plan to continue as so.
