    Meeting was this morning

Had my meeting this morning and it was very fast...5 minutes at the most.

Just asked for my name, address and if I read the petition and if everything was correct..It was so easy. She wished me luck and that was it.

I thought it was going to be all this questioning about my business income, the foreclosure that is going right now, my timeshare or that I have 3 properties...NADA.

Anyway, since there is an active foreclosure from Wells Fargo, now they have a hearing scheduled for August 5th..do I have to attend that..Isnt that their own motion for Relief so that they can continue with the foreclosure? What a waste of time and money for Wells Fargo to do this since I will probably be discharged the beginning of September.

Welcome to the 60 day club.

As for Wells Fargo, it probably is a motion for relief from the stay. My bank just filed one (it was after the discharge) and my attorney sent me a letter saying that we weren't going to be doing anything since I am surrendering the home.
