Side topic-ish: I was shocked when I discovered I couldn't have my mortgage deducted automatically-- I discovered this when I logged in online...(BofA), so now I have a different address, paid through bill pay, and when it cleared (I kept checking as I was quite nervous), it was stamped "BK". Hopefully it doesn't stay this way forever!

Ahhh, the plot thickens...
Just got a reaffirmation agreement in the mail from AHF. It is fine as far as I can tell, except that they list the value of the car as FAR higher than my research showed--like over 3K higher. Since I owe on the loan just about what my research showed as the value, I did not include it in my exemptions. Should I worry about the trustee accepting their valuation as opposed to mine? Am I going to have to buy back that extra equity?Comment
