Amending Schedule C

Ok, I am having to amend Schedule C again. Ugh! I am not doing this on purpose, just my errors because I did not know.

The trustee wants me to take off "potential tax refund for 2005" the schedule C. Message was left on my phone. Trustee did not say to put the refund on any other schedule. Do I leave it off and do not put it anywheres else?

She said to do this ASAP or she will have to object and we will have to go to court over this. I know she knows I am sooo lost doing this. I really wish I had used a lawyer. But it is too late now. No one will take the case of the few that called me back and there are not many lawyers right now due to the hurricane. So anyways....

Any answers would be helpful.

I just had a hearing today in front of a judge with the Trustee. I did not exempt my refund as I had no exemptions left. Trustee said that was correct as he was requiring me to give it to him anyway. Did you have exemptions to cover this? I listed it on Sched. B but nowhere else. Believe me, it's no fun at these hearings. I filed pro se also.
