Discharged in FL but what about 4runner?

My date of discharge was 1/18.

Trustee does want my tax refund...I guess I really have no need to dispute that $450 due to the discharge of $50K in cc debt.

But, now how do I find out what's going on with my asset, the 4Runner?

Can I be discharged and the trustee still want to take it? I am confused.

Damn car wouldn't start on Tuesday. It has been doing this cough & sputter thing for a few months if you try to start it w/A/C or radio on..... but will start up if you don't have that drawing on it...went to start it this morning & it turned right over. I have no desire to put $ into a vehicle I don't know if I'm going to be able to keep? any thoughts?

Discharged means your debts are gone. The case can remain open, and any assets that were or are to be taken by the trustee would be distributed. They just can't get anything from you going forward.
