I noticed that the online legal consumer means test automatically includes the chapter 13 administrative numbers when determining your monthly disposable income. Is this correct? My attorney used his online program and it didn't include that deduction. That makes for a big discrepancy between what I get using the online calculator and his numbers. Any thoughts on this?
