    Go to a 341 hearing or two. They're free. You get to see the attorney in action. In addition to observing the back and forth with the trustee, I was able to see the attorney in the waiting room as he met with his clients prior to the hearing. I was only able to stick around the hearing for 1 hour, but plan to return to a few more hearings to see if I can find the 'right' one.

      How do you find when and where the 341 hearings are at?
      Chapter 7 filed 11/4/10 ---- 341 Meeting 12/1/10 ---- Discharge 1/31/2011.
