In the questionaire, it asks "are you entitled to receive a death benefit under a will or insurance policy where someone has died?"
Should I answer Yes or NO?
I know it might seem simple but it's confusing for us.
And if our answers didn't match what we have in the application, can we ammend it before 341 meeting?
We're filing pro se (no attorney).
