I received my discharge july 1st and I'm having second thoughts on my car I have a lease on and would like to give it back if possible.. I did sign a resumption of lease which went only to the audi financial. Is that a legal binding contract? Because I had two vehicles and I know for anything you wanted to keep you had to go to a court reaffirmation hearing and see a judge which I did for one vehicle which made it official and a legal contract. Is this because this is a lease or can I just say I don't want this vehicle and give it back to audi with no consequences.
I need to get another vehicle and Audi is not willing to help me get into another one because of my bk which is dumb because I have never been late and never had any issues with them and am still paying on this vehicle and could have definitely stiffed them when I had the chance and now they're not willing to help.. makes no sense to me.
