    60 day club!!

Just checked Pacer and we have been reported as a no asset case! Now we just wait out the 60 days and we're good to go on with our lives.

What am I waiting for? A UST to object or a creditor objection?

      60 Day club!!

Congrats to all, What you are waiting for is an objection from a creditor or the US Trustee, and trustee's report of "no distribution," & "abandoning assets.

Hopefully you never have have any of these come to pass and you get your discharge and your case closes soon after.

      Almost there....

Trustee already reported us as no asset and signed the statement abandoning interest in our property. We haven't used any CC for over a year and a half so we shouldn't have any objections there.

The only other hurdle I can see is the UST poking in to see why our debt is so high with no significant assets but that's from interest and fees from our CCs and medical bills not luxury spending so it's easily explainable...
