Trustee asked for pay-off statement

and I requested the lender to mail it. But it did not arrive yet. Will this delay my case? Can 3 month old statement that includes principal, interest, and penalties be a subsititute? If the lender do not send it to me, what can I do?

A payoff statement is not the same as your regular statement, especially one that is out of date. Call the lender again, ask them to fax it immediately and follow up with a copy by mail. Call them back and ask again if you don't get the fax.
