Did not reaffirm, and a year later I'm letting the go back. The bank reported me paying to the credit reporting people.Now the van has 65,000 on it. They can have it back I owe a lot more then its worth. I stopped paying in June. I have not had a call or heard anything yet. I've replace the van with a used car thats payed for.
