What is this !! NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY?

Now what? I have a notice of deficiency listed in our pacer. It states that our Amened Schedule C is deficient for the following reasons:

Certificate of service with the list of parties served is required when Amending Schedules. The deficiency must be corrected within 2 days. For further procedural info. please do not hesitate to contact our office.

    Signed,
    Deputy Clerk

    1/27/06

We have not heard or seen anything regarding this. I happened to look on our pacer and saw this.

    Now what?

Some districts have different requirements. Sounds like yours requires some sort of notice. The clerk should be able to tell you who to notify, how, and and what the certificate of service is.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
