I just realized I have a 401k account from my old employer with like $130. I did not even know the account was still open because I cashed it out at one point. It should be exempt anyway b/c I have not reached the limit of my exemptions. I did not mention this on my form b/c I just found out about it. Will I be ok if I just inform the trustee at my 341?

Doesn't matter about your exemptions. You can have up to 1 million dollars in it and it's exempt. They can't touch it no matter what. Ask your lawyer. For the small amount I can't imagine them making this an issue.
