    Thanks to everyone here for the help and advice over the last few months!!!

    Finally all the waiting is over.


    I believe I am so happy that I will start sleeping with my CHapt. 7 Discharge Papers.

        Dang, I'm jealous! We filed nearly the same day but my trustee (well the Fla trustees) are being mean and he extended me to April!! Enjoy that discharge though---relax and enjoy your fresh start!!

          Howdie all! I also recieved my" DISCHARGE OF DEBTOR IN A CHAPTER 7 CASE" in the mail today. I would like to thank everyone involved with this website for all the wonderful info. I have spent days on this site looking at everything I could. It has been a very stressful time and it has been VERY helpful for me to know there are people going through this very same thing and plenty of peolple to come out of A-OK. This whole ordeal has taught me plenty of valuable lessons, one is: everytime I WANT something I ask myself "do I really NEED it". ANYWAYS, it feels GREAT to be free of debt and stress of waiting for this piece of paper that reads I am granted a discharge.
          Thank you to all of the kind people who shared thier exp so others would not have to go at it blindfolded. I do have a ?, I never heard of anything related to my taxes or my two assets(pc of shoot car,and lil motorcycle). I will call lawyer in next day or two but figured I'd ask you guys. Also my best advice for anyone thinking of BK is read all the info on this site and then go see a lawyer. Make sure you see and talk to the lawyer, it may cost a lil more $ but it will be well worth it. In my 341 meeting 90% of people were just then meeting thier legal help and the trustee ate both(lawyer&client)
          up. Numerous times he commented on the fact legal help had no idea of thie client's cases.

            Now, I'm gonna get drunk and then in next few months do some repair work to credit. Thanks again ,I'll be sure to drink a few for ya'll.
