    HOW does PACER work

I registered with PACER and found my case. Before I clicked to open it, I wanted to make sure I'm doing this correctly so that I'm not charged for unnecessary costs.

I had my 341 today. The trustee asked me some unexpected questions then said your dismissed. I wasn't sure how to take this.

At what point should I go into PACER to see how today's meeting went --to check up if Trustee had concerns?

Also, does anyone know what the cost is each time you open your file? I know it's .08 per page but will I be charged for numerous pages every time I open my case?

    Thanks!

That thread is very helpful. As long as you use Query and pay attention to the date of last filing. If it has been updated, it will show the updated date and you can look for the updated documents. If not, no need to go any further and you won't be charged.

I don't know how long it takes for updates after the 341. Hopefully it doesn't take that long. Good luck to you.
