Where's My Discharge????

Just Wait it Out!! The courts are very backlogged. I'm in the same boat and everyone I talk to just says to sit tight!!

It's been a little over a month since our discharge, and we received discharge papers, but case has yet to be closed. I tried calling our clerk down at the bankruptcy courts to see if they could be kind and maybe see about closing our case out........lol, was told "yeah, I'm sure you and half of Texas are wondering the same thing. Your case will get closed when we receive paperwork to process. click". No kidding.......that's exactly what I was told. Talk about Ms. Manners.............
